BRING YOUR OWN HORSE

The Mountain Rivers property is ideal for BYO Horse Holidays. There are horse paddocks and holding yards, and ample parking for horse floats.

Many riding clubs and groups use the property as a base for trail rides out into the adjacent forests where old timber tramways and rail trails are available.

The forest managers (DSE) have designated the surrounding area for multi-purpose recreation with a special emphasis on horse trail riding. Ride to Walhalla at your own pace or just explore this magnificent area.

Cost is $10 per horse per night, BYO feed.
